20 Year Old Barn Find!

It may not look like it but this 1979 Type 2 VW Camper has been laid in a garage

in USA up near Portland for over 20 years!

We found it on a recent trip to the states where we bought 9 campers to ship back to the UK for restoration or re-sale! The owner of this camper put it away after the engine gave up the gost 20 years ago and never got round to fixing it. It's 2 owners from new and Original paint!

We have shut VW Kampers for a couple of weeks during the winter months for our

annual trip to the states. We are on a parts and camper hunting mission and today

found this place! Over 100 campers in stock for us to restore and parts like we have never seen before! Words cannot describe this amazing place that we will be keeping

a well guarded secret!

Since being at the new premises things have gone from strength to strength!

The lovely editor (Ivan) at Volks World agreed to do a feature on Sienna our stunning hire camper, that quickly turned into a full on feature on VW Kampers in VW Camper

and Bus.

As soon as we know what month it is in i will update the site!

Another happy Customer!

The last 3 Westfalias we have sold have all been the same Colour!

L63 Sage green or (Tigar Green) Westfalias was the most popular

colour choose in the 1970's so a lot of the campers we restore look the

same!!

I wish Martyn and his family the best in "Shamrock"..........
