Until 2006 they where made using the 1600cc air cooled engines and then in 2007 they started using the very efficient 1400cc water cooled engine, this produces great MPG with able power.
All the new campers we covert come with a full 12 warranty.

2008 Reg Brazilian Water Cooled VW Camper
Nut Meg is a brand new style Type 2 Water Cooled VW Camper using the very economical 1400cc VW Polo Engine, this engine is unleaded and gives a healthy 40mpg as opposed to 20 mpg you would get from an air cooled camper. It also produces 80 bhp which means 70 mph is achievable on long journeys.
Nut Meg was converted by Paul @ VW Downunder and is a full spec costing over £32k!
